The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The original packaging must be included.

Return Process:

Ship the item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy:

If the return is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will issue a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Note: If the beads or charms become loose or detached, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be returned and repaired at no additional cost to you.
